Jennifer Wong (Theory Assistant Teacher)Theory
Jennifer is a music undergraduate student at Western University with advanced entry status to the Richard Ivey School of Business. With her extensive involvement outside the school community, she was awarded the “Student Trustee Award for Character” with scholarship from the York Region District School board in June 2018. She was also selected by the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Music as a “University of Toronto Scholar”, which granted her full scholarship to attend their university for the 2018-2019 school year. She currently serves as the Vice-President of Finance on the Faculty of Music Student Council, Chair of the Gift Fund Committee for the Faculty of Music and First Year Representative for UNICEF at Western University.
Jennifer strives to inspire and help children bring out their inner musical talent and achieve excellence in an interactive and enjoyable environment. Each lesson is tailored perfectly to suit each of her students’ needs.
Jennifer began playing the piano at the age of 3. As a devoted music teacher, her students have consistently earned First Class Honours and First Class Honours with Distinction rankings on their Royal Conservatory of Music examinations:
