Jaime Lau, (Theory Assistant Teacher)Piano, Theory
Jaime began her piano studies at the age of 5 and was a student of Ms. Shuk Han Yu, an Examiner of the Royal Conservatory of Music. At the Queen’s University, Jaime studied piano with Mr. Michel Szczesniak, Continuing Adjunct Lecturer in Piano (Keyboard).
As a young musician, Jaime actively involves in a variety of music groups. She was a member of the Toronto Children’s Chorus and has participated in school concert band as the flautist and clarinettist. She has also served as a singer and pianist in the worship team at her church.
As a graduate from the Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Music, Jaime aims to use her knowledge in music theory and piano pedagogy to ignite the enthusiasm for music in her students.
